Feeling uninspired

I started taking art classes again, and somehow I feel like last year I was doing better. Maybe I need to practice more. But it's rather frustrating, when I have ideas in my head of what I want to draw, images.. but when I bring them out on paper I get discouraged to continue with it. Laziness? Might be.
